17 Day Lipotrim Challenge?

Hi everyone! I'm new here but I found it really wonderful how everybody is so supportive of each other's journey on this site. That made me want to join too! I hope everyone is having a marvellously jolly and fantastic day :-D

I have a meeting with a long-distance friend coming up on December 17th. I'm thinking of starting Lipotrim this Sunday - November 30th - and combining it with AT LEAST an hour (hopefully 2 hours) of daily exercise to try and maximise my weight loss. Being realistic, I know I'm not going to undergo a humungous body transformation in such a short period of time, but hearing everybody's success stories has made me hopeful that Lipotrim might get me at least a little slimmer within these 17 days :-D

I wonder if you guys might be able to share your experiences... What level of weight loss can I reasonably expect within 17 days of lipotrim? If it's something like 10 pounds, is that a reduction which is noticeable when people look at you?

Also, I have my birthday coming up on December 10th. :S That's going to be a tricky one as although my BMI is 28, my family DETEST me going on any sort of diet and are sure to want to force feed me cake and pizza on my birthday. Will everything be ruined if I have a little cheat day on my birthday, consisting of lipotrim shakes for breakfast and lunch but maybe 1 slice of cake and max. 3 pizza slices for dinner? I would stick to the diet & exercise regime religiously for the rest of the time :-(

You can't embark on a diet such as lipotrim and expect to work out for up to two hours a day - it's a VLCD and that doesn't work with OTT exercise

How much do you weigh ? You could expect to lose up to 21lbs if you followed it to the letter for three weeks - a loss of a stone is probably a dead cert

I'd also either commit to it or not. Yes, a night off comprising of cake and pizza would probably result in 3 or 4lbs immediately back on ( water weight mainly )

Thanks for your reply Greta. :) I currently weight about 63 kilos. I am very petite (only 4'11") so my dream weight would be something between 45-50 kilos. I know that's never going to happen in such a short period of time, so I'd like to get around 56 kilos instead.

I have been on a very low calorie diet recently: eating only vitamin water for breakfast, fresh fruit for lunch and lentils/a bit of meat by itself for dinner... And I was still able to exercise on that. So I'm hoping I'll be able to do the same with Lipotrim :-D I think my "exercise" wouldn't be anything like running - more like walking up and down stairs, or at the very least walking on pavements if I start to get unbearable muscle aches :-D

Ah you're only small anyway !

Good luck with it all. I'm currently in the high 9s and have just done slim and save for the past week as I'm out of my comfort zone. I drop lbs quite dramatically when I stick to it so I'm sure you will too

I lost 20lbs in three weeks the first time round :) and although it might not look much to you, you'll be surprised at what's others will! With regards to having a day off on your birthday, if I'm completely honest, I wouldn't do it. It's not the weight gain in that day that's the issue, it's breaking your routine of no eating and believe me it's so hard to get back on that bandwagon ... even if it's just a little chicken, the urge to binge is so over powering, especially with food like pizza, before you know it without realising it just spirals. Each person is different I suppose, it all depends on your will power, but personally I wouldn't come off it unless it was for good. Good luck with your journey whatever you decide :)

Thanks so much Beth! Btw, you have a gorgeous dream figure in your profile pic! It's quite inspiring to look at actually hehehehe :-D I might try and talk to my family and friends beforehand and see if I can convince them to celebrate my birthday in a completely food-related way. It's worth a shot I guess... Have you ever had a cheat day on Lipotrim? And did it drastically reduce your overall weight loss from the diet? Just trying to educate myself about what might happen if worst comes to worst... :-D
