I've fell off the wagon today on my 7th day after loosing 7lb last week. What a stupid thing to do! I currently weigh 14st 9 and want to be around 10st 12. I know that a blowout will not help me get to my goal. I'm straight back on it tomorrow, fully aware I will be out of ketosis. Has anybody else had blips and got straight back on? I really need to hear your inspirational stories
