Blowout!

I've fell off the wagon today on my 7th day after loosing 7lb last week. What a stupid thing to do! I currently weigh 14st 9 and want to be around 10st 12. I know that a blowout will not help me get to my goal. I'm straight back on it tomorrow, fully aware I will be out of ketosis. Has anybody else had blips and got straight back on? I really need to hear your inspirational stories
 
Me too! I've had a really crap day :( I ate cheese and crackers!
 
Worst thing is my hubby has won us a night in a s****y hotel on the 31st of this month so now I need to loose weight more than ever! Oh hindsight

Guess who's cooking her ill boyfriend a full english with all the trimmings :sigh: why are there carbs in hash browns? lol
 
If I feel the need to cheat I go for a boiled egg or a slice of quorn - that way you've got low cal, low carb and protein. Minimum damage.

Sometimes I even chew a thin slice of carrot - I'm a rebel. :p

Carrots are not recommended due to their carbs so make sure you don't over indulge (...on carrots! Who would have thought!)

Hi Leanneseel, how are you getting on now? Did you get right back on the wagon? I fell off just short of a month and am getting back on tomorrow. Second time lucky!!
 
Just had an amazing weekend! Did refeed last week but had fri sat sun off! Straight back on it today though and I'm aiming for a 100% month- 2nd feb- 2nd march, then I might treat myself to a boiled egg haha. We can do this xx
 
I'm back! Managed to maintain my weight but I'm ready to lose more weight now, first day, first shake down and feeling good about it
 
Day 3 now and I'm starving, but determined! I know I shouldn't but I weighed myself this morning and 3lb down in 2 days very happy and now I'm in the 13's. I never want to see the 14's, 15'sor 16's ever again. I have even been through the mcdonalds drive through with the fam and just got myself a tea whilst the family eat and it wasn't too bad, plus I'm still cooking for the kids and not bothering me. I just need to keep motivated and keep coming on this forum and I'll be fine hopefully x

I'm in the very same boat as you. On day 3 too. Had a sneaky go on the scales and was pleased with what I saw. I think it's important to get a little boost. Was a bit headachey this morning but glass of water shifted it. How much weight are you hopin to lose?
 
I had a dizzy spell this afternoon and had to go for a lie down and feel quite shaky tonight, I hoping I'll be in ketosis tomorrow though with any luck, I'm giving myself interim weight goals and for now I'm aiming for 12 stone. But my end goal is about 10.10. I don't need to be a complete skinny minny but definately want to be a comfortable size 12. I'm currently a 16 so still a way to go, I'm just happy I managed to maintain my weight for the month I took off which is reassuring. Just taking it one day at a time. How about you?
 
Currently on my first ever week of this and started at 14st 9. If I lost 3 maybe 3 1/2 I'd be over the moon. I was 12st 3 this time last year when I first got pregnant and was close to what I wanted to be so I'd be delighted to have a little bit to play with. I'm 5ft 7 and have no real interest in being super slim. Like you I want to be comfortable in a 12 and I want my confidence back.
 
Let's make sure we do it then we are a similar weight I'm 13.11 today so we can spur each other on, I started in January at 15.6, I haven't dropped a dress size yet though and can't really see a difference yet in my body but people are commenting now so it must be noticeable. I can tell in my face though, I'm 5"7 so I look quite the frump haha. I haven't been 12 stone in 10 years and so I cannot wait.
