My lipotrim journey started 6 years ago when I first went on and lost a total of 8 stone ..... years have gone by and another baby and weight has crept back on (very rapidly since I went on contraception ) but i have recently got engaged and being a fatty on my wedding day is my worst nightmare , i cant even bring my self to even go and try a dress because i know i will hate it

SOOOOOOO bit the bullet and dragged my butt to the chemist and started this morning , I have around 6ish stone to loose ..... any one started recently that can help motivate ??

I've been back on the wagon 2 days after losing 8 stone 2 years ago and putting it all back on

I too am engaged and I don't want to be a fat bride either. I've tried several times to refocus but have struggled to stay 100% so hoping the time is right this time around. Glad to say I was back in ketosis by the end of yesterday, so not feeling hungry. Drinking lots of water but it's not helping the bad breath lol.

hi guys i started almost three weeks ago now...
down a stone with a weigh in on Saturday (i dont weigh myself in between official ones to keep my head straight)
not gonna lie really struggling this week for some reason dunno if its coz of the cold or just being tired from work...
either way its tough this week...
trying to hit the gym as well which is tough as i still kinda have a cloudy head i have the energy but my head feels mucky...
hope everyone else is hanging in there!

Hey you guys I'm new too... Just starting tomorrow... Done it a few years ago and thought it was great and after a baby and a leg injury I need it again..

Starting weight was 13st 7lb
Lost 10lb since just before Xmas so

Starting weight on my first weigh in today was 12st 11lb

Have 3 stone to lose but only looking to drop 2 with lipotrim as I've to get back into training.. I plan to do "Hell and Back" this year (injury permitting)
