Week 3 done

I tried this diet once before but crumbled at day 7, so I never thought I'd make it this far 100% TFR, as week one was terrible for wanting food but once i hit week 2 its only temptation that gets me now.

In total over the three weeks i have lost a total of 2st 3lb, starting at 17st 2lb i am now 14st 13 <- i even used a friends to see if my scales was telling fibs.

Ive gone from xl to L mens clothing which is great, just fit into a large 1st time in 4 years.

My goal is 14st so hopefully the next 4 weeks are kind to me!
 
Well done Scott, not only for managing 3 weeks TFR but for an incredible loss

Congrats on the L clothing too, that's a great little mini goal achievement for you ;-)
