Hi everyone I'm Jo, I did lipotrim 3 years ago and lost 8st 7lbs in 16 weeks, well I'm back after stupidly letting my eating habits get back to the old me I'm back up to 19st so need to lose 6st ish. Day 1 and 2 shakes down I'm already feeling tired and lightheaded but I need to do this. How is everyone else doing? X
 
Hi Jo. I'm on my first week and it's been tuff. However I went out with friends today, sat in harvester with my soup whilst everyone else ate and I survived. Claire
 
I went to beefeater today with family they all ate and I had black coffee, feeling v.hungry now though have 1 more shake left today. X
 
Best of luck. Also on the first week (2nd timer too), you've done it before, you can do it again! X

How great that you didn't give in at the beefeater .. That takes some willpower but it's proven that you can do this too. Your loss last time is amazing and your loss this time will be :)
 
Thank you everyone, I am really struggling today to be honest and so badly just wanted to eat :( but I haven't yet and still have 1 shake left. Forgot how hard it was x

sorry you failed on Friday, I know the first few days are hard but honestly it's so worth it. Hope you got back on it and are staying strong.

Don't worry hun- get back on, your WI may be affected but head down and you can do it. Maybe think about why you slipped (BTW you didn't fail you slipped as you got back on!!), and take the learning so that you can't be tripped up the same way again. My FIL had a saying 'It's not a mistake if you learnt from it.'

Good luck everyone, I'm also back on my second go after losing 3 stone around 5 years ago & getting weighed in tomorrow (a day early), starting to finally feel like I'm shaking off the Ketosis Flu after a very tough weekend.... But I survived it :cool:
 
So got weighed today and lost 8lbs which is good considering Fridays slip up and a day early weighing x

I've currently on week 2 of LT and I've just crumbled!! Feel so upset with myself, lost 14lbs and feel like it's such a waste. Read your encouraging posts and I'm motivating myself to continue. What will happen because I've eaten?

Depending on what youve eaten you are probably out of Ketosis and you have to persevere through getting back into it
..

Learn from this. You are only human.

Figure out the why... And use those tools to avoid it happening again.

Get back on the horse. Underline your slip and keep going! This is a journey...
