Forget about.. Get back on it straight away and try look at why you broke the diet. It may help avoid future blips..

I feel left out when everyone is eating and drinking that's why I caved!! :( x

Yes, I so badly want to be slim again and last time I found it so easy x

I need someone I can talk to all the time about this diet as no one around me understand how hard it is x

I understand the feeling left out. Only started today and it killed me to cook dinner for everyone. Hoping it will get easier. Don't best yourself up. Just get back to it tomorrow. You can do this!
We all can!!

Oh Kaijo I'm so sorry you are feeling so low and left out. Don't worry about breaking the diet, you can't change that now but what you can do is get back on it. Don't let a bad day turn into a bad week. We make mistakes but it's how we learn from them .. Remember this feeling, and remember nothing tastes as good as feeling slim feels.

Hon we are all on the same boat here, start a diary they are very therapeutic u just say what you want! But it's time to put on our big girl (or boy) pants and decide we are going to succeed and devil help anyone who stands in our way.

Time to move on and learn from what happened, we had a bbq last week and I had to disappear as I would have crumbled, you need to recognise you need to step away from situations you don't have the will power for. To do that shows strength in itself. There's none of us need to martyr ourselves but we need to understand our triggers and how to control them before we can expect to be able to forgo them.
