New to Lipotrim

Hey!!
I'm starting the lipotrim diet on Monday! I am very nervous about it cause I have a serious addiction to food!!! I just love it... I'm afraid that I will give in to all the temptations around me!!! Every weekend I would at least have two takeaways!! I also can get very very cranky when I haven't eaten and I'm afraid that will happen!!!

Has anyone got any tips or advice on starting out on this plan... As much help as possible would be appreciated!!!!
 
Hi Hells90! :) Really good luck for your first week. I weigh in on Mondays too, but I'm on my 3rd week at the moment. Just get past the first few days and look forward to your first weigh-in and the nice big loss that it'll bring. Keep drinking the water. :)
 
im restarting today so good luck and get the first few days out of the way and you will be fine (thats what im telling myself) lol

I have my first day down and I feel really really awful!! I feel so weak and drained... I really dunno if I'm gonna be able to stick this!! Ahhhh
 
Aww, keep at it, it'll get better! I'm doing good, thanks. Weighed today and I'm pleased with how it's going. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
 
I dont feel as bad so far today... just feel a bit drained! i really dunno how ill stick it over the weekend!! im just going to keep thinking about how good ill look!!
 
keep busy or do nothing is the best advice i can give.
i spent my first week feeling like id the hangover from hell so stayed in bed after work and watched documentaries on healthy eating hahaa

that is exactly what i felt like yesterday evening!! like i had a really bad hangover!!! it doesnt bother me seeing other people eating or anything like that..i just feel really drained all the time!!!
 
yeap just remember thats a sign its working your body is detoxing and you are heading into Ketosis!

Weekends are harder for me, but you can get through it! Just keep going and get to that weigh-in! :)

I think focusing on your reasons for doing this is one of the best motivators tbh
 
I was doing ok up until lung when I had my vanilla shake.. Then after I felt so bad! I got so emotional and just wanted to give up there and then!! I dunno if this is for me it's getting me really down and I find I have nothing to look forward to...:( maybe I should just go back to healthy eating cause I don't even have the energy to do anything and it's only day 2!!!!

The first four days can be hard. Maybe focus on why you are down?

Are you an emotional eater?? Because the beautiful thing about this diet is you can really start to understand your relationship with food and sometimes taking away food altogether is the best way of resetting ones mindset re food if ya get me...

Try push through.. your first week weigh in will give you such a boost and you will be so proud of yourself

I heated my vanilla shake and put 3 sweetener tablets in it... There's loads of threads on here to make the shakes a bit more interesting....
