hello everyone. im back for another go at lipotrim. ive done it very successfully in the past but i find im back again, through my own fault and through outside influences i couldnt cope and turned to food (again)!

so day 1 and hope to get to know you all as we reach our weightloss journeys

I'm doing all right, thank you. :) I'm coming to the end of week 3; I weigh on Mondays. I'm doing 9 weeks, so almost a third of the way through, which doesn't make it seem as bad. Originally I did it for about six months, back at the start of 2008, so it's not so bad this time (losing pregnancy weight). How much would you like to lose? ...if you don't mind me asking.
 
im not so interested in how much really, i just want to get back into my decent clothes again! im wearing the same two or three outfits as thats all i can fit into (stretches well) and im sick of it. i dont know what i currently weigh as im too chicken to find out but once i get to wearing certain things again i will find out then. (i hope i can do it in 10 weeks and then if im not to where i want to be, will continue some other way perhaps, will have to see)

No, the number on the scales doesn't matter as much as how you feel. :) I didn't want to get on the scales after I had my second daughter, but had to! :D Anyway, we're sorting it out now.

Hi Harriet2, welcome back and good luck. I have done LT before too, I tried to lose weigh myself on other diets before I come back to LT but they are too slow and I can't keep up the motivation when I only lose a 1lb a week and I like the feeling of control I get with LT.

Only a couple of weeks to make a change for the rest of my life, it is so worth it
