Can't believe that I am sticking to this diet 100% no cheating and last week lost only 2 lbs this week OMG 1 lb.
I expected a big loss this week with only losing 2 last week
In 8 weeks only lost 24lbs
Is it worth going on

Hi skinnyone0. Sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed. :( It is definitely worth carrying on though. You can get lower loss weeks for a lot of reasons. Most commonly it's water retention because of the monthly cycle. It could be that you need to drink more water. Lipotrim say that they more you drink, the more you'll lose (in small quantities throughout the day). It could be that you need some extra fibre (which you can get from the pharmacist for Lipotrim). Some people have lower losses if they start exercising or doing more than they normally would. ...and your body just does naturally have larger loss weeks and then lower loss weeks. It's happened to me lots of times. It makes you feel like giving up, but then you get a bigger loss and it all feels worth it again. :) Also, if you don't have a lot to lose, you'll get smaller losses than someone who has more to lose. Therefore, the closer you get to your goal weight, the slower it'll become. ...but I would definitely carry one for another week or two and see what happens. :)

How's it going other than that?

Thankyou So much for your wise words they really helped keep me on track. I weighed in at 81.9 kilo and when I checked on Google it was 12 St 9 lbs but according to the chemist wall chart this is 12st 12 lbs so I am going to check next weeks kilos when I am still there.
I am drinking more water this week and hoping for a bigger loss.
How are you doing? I have been up n down to Liverpool hosp this week as hubby had a detached retina and had to have surgery ASAP so that's prob why my water intake wasn't as much.
good luck on your weigh in this week you are doing so great. Keep up the good work

That's ok. :) Glad I could have helped a little.

Yes, it can be annoying because of converting kilograms to stone & pounds. As they use the chart to round to the nearest st & lb; if they have to round down one week and then round up the next, it makes it seem as if you haven't lost as much as you really have.

Well done for keeping going! :) It's hard to make sure you've had enough water when you're busy. I hope your husband is feeling better.

Good luck for this week! x
