    recipe ideas

    only having vanilla shakes could i add cinnamon mayb or nutmeg and does anybody else have any ideas??

    i put one drop of almond or orange essence in mine. makes it dead nice. not sure if it is allowed though???? no doubt someone will be along soon to advise. i prefer the vanilla hot rather than cold - personal taste and all that......... julia xxx

    going to get skinny,,even if it kills me!!!
