    Well I'm being tested at the mo. My "husband-to-be" is sat here munching on a big fat pizza takeaway with extra cheese on it. I've just finished my chicken soup (not with a fork gaz!) so now I don't feel as much like I want to murder him but it really does bug me that he eats loadsa greasy fat food and he's lost 1/2 stone in the last few weeks. Hate those people grrr

    In all honesty I'm looking forward to a salad as I really enjoy them, and strawberries (without cream)

    im sat here with a peppermint tea and my sisters just ate 2 slices of toast with best butter wasnt hungry b4 that ha ha ha. Im looking forward to having my eating habits changed sounds silly but once im at my ideal weight i hope I wont go back to 3 takeaways a week and 2 fatty meals out x

    Cool. I am really looking forward to going in to any shop and being able to the clothes I like, there is nothing worse then the clothes for fat people, they have no shape and I hate it when I see something I really like but they never have my size - its all going to end and I am going to enjoy buying my new wardrobe!

    Get to 10.5 to 11.5 stone

    WEEK 1 - 10lb loss

    I'm just looking forward to an evening at my friends house where I can eat and have a glass of wine or a G&T. My friend is a fabulous cook, and she would love for me to be able to join them again ....she'd make sure it was low carb/fat too

    Well I'm dying for a pizza from Pizza Hut. But chips, chicken balls and curry sauce would be a close second!
    Constant reoffender over the past 4yrs. I have lost and put back on the same 4 stone several times over the years.

    Back as of 21st May 2012.

    This time around I will only be weighing in to start and am going to try not to weigh again for 2 months or maybe longer...........why?...............

    If I have a good week I feel I "deserve a food reward" and if I have a bad week I feel "I should comfort eat"! So going to try and step away from the scales for a change and see can I just keep going till I feel happy with me.

    Hoping to keep myself occupied and motivated on here.
