    Sero bars ?

Anyone know if I can substitute a shake for a Sero bar like these ?

Sero bars x 24, Use on Lipotrim, Cambridge, Atkins on eBay, also, Foods Bars Snacks, Dieting Slimming, Health Beauty (end time 02-Jun-08 10:32:58 BST)

Shakes at lunchtime @ work are a pain - always lumpy & never satisfying... I'm hoping to nibble on a flapjack instead...

1st minigoal... to swap me 36" suit trousers for 34"
(yet weirdly I can still fit into 32" jeans ??)

    W1 WI: -12lbs (14 st 1lb)
    W2 WI: -4lbs (13 st 11lbs)
