    For those of you how don't know...

    i did the Race for Life to day for the first time ever. Was a wicked day.
    I was very emotional on the start line reading all the names on peoples back of friends and family who had fought, but lost to the horrid diesease. But, i felt so proud to be a part of something that touches sooo many people.
    I was also very proud of my self as i managed to run most of the 5km (which i wouldnt have done 2 months ago) and finished in 44 mins
    woo hoo...thought i was going to die in a few places..but the ambulance men werent sexy enough so i plodded on! Have some fab pics will post a few later this week xx
    Also want to say a HUGE thanks to the gals off here who sponsored me xxxxx

    Thanks hun...yeah i feel fab (apart from my legs!!) and i am hoping to do it again next year...faster hehe (never satisfied)

    Started 7th April...............at 19 stone 3lbs!

    Restart 29/09/08 at 15 stone 2lb!!! (messed around though cause of stressy thangs! Back on track 13/10/08

    Unofficial Weigh In 20/10/08 lost 10 pounds...now 14stone 6lbs!!

    Been LT'ing but not had time to post....then had a little break from LT for a week to 'socialise'...started again on 19th November at 13st 2lb!!!! I am using left over LT so no official weigh in till Friday 28th Nov! Aiming for 12 stone for Christmas!!


    Growing a baby!!! See you in September!

    Lol thanks floppy....no, no slendertone today as i am selling it ...i have recently pur-chased a new one like georgie and futures bright have with the interchangable things...so though it best not to get it sweaty hehehe

    Well done hun. I know I couldn't run 5km. I'm bobbins at it. My cardio threshold is very low. Good on ya!!!
    LT 28lbs lost.
    CD 13lbs lost. Did 810 on CD so introduced food.
    Atkins 6lbs lost.
    Total loss - 47lbs
    UNDER WEIGHT TARGET

    Gained back 28lbs. Cannot believe it!!
    Am now doing south beach to lose the weight.

    New losses 25lbs Nearly there

    Constant reoffender over the past 4yrs. I have lost and put back on the same 4 stone several times over the years.

    Back as of 21st May 2012.

    This time around I will only be weighing in to start and am going to try not to weigh again for 2 months or maybe longer...........why?...............

    If I have a good week I feel I "deserve a food reward" and if I have a bad week I feel "I should comfort eat"! So going to try and step away from the scales for a change and see can I just keep going till I feel happy with me.

    Hoping to keep myself occupied and motivated on here.
