    1st day today

    well i have gone and done it got weighed it was a disgusting weight but i am on the right track now so i have started it today so i have had my first shake i`m on my way



    day 1 16/6 =
    week 1 23/6 = -11lb
    week 2 30/6 = -5lb
    week 3 07/7 = -5lb 1stone 7 gone
    week 4 14/7 = -2lb refeed
    week 5 21/7 = -4lb
    week 6 28/7 = -6lb 2 stone
    week 7 04/8 = -5lb
    week 8 11/8 = -3lb
    week 9 17/8 = -4lb 3 stone
    week 10 26/8 = -2
    week 14 15/9 = +8
    week 15 22/9 = -10
    week 16 29/9 = refeed
    week 17 6/10 = hols
    week 18 14/10=+11lb
    week 19 21/10=-9lb
    week 20 28/10=-3lb

    Mama, I was the same as you! I was so ashamed of my weight at the start that only the pharmacist and I knew the truth! Even now I've told no-one else, not even my OH, although I do tell them my losses!

    This is the best diet, if you stick to it, and that first stone will soon go, I bet by the end of the first fortnight, if not sooner!!!

    You can do it - hey, if I can do it anyone can!!!!
