    I used to only drink diet coke so i'm finding it quite hard to get the water down. i have good and bad days. I should really force myself to drink more...

    BMI Information:
    When I first started LT I found I just about managed to have my 2 litres of water a day but now I find I can knock back double that. I'm often thirsty for water even though I too was a big diet coke fan - washed down the chocolate real nice!!!!! Lol!

    Stupidly put too much back on so starting again 2/8/09

    i have sparkling water if i feel the need for a diet coke.

    someone on here said its bad for ya though. you don't lose weight as quickly apparently. guess what i'm steering clear of?

    Ok - I may sound dim here but is sparkling/carbonated water the same as soda water????
    Is that ok?
    I wonder why it's supposed to be bad for you????

    i hardly ever drunk water before, apart from tea or coffee and now i'm drinking as much i physically can, i've had weight losses i've never seen before no matter what diet i followed so it really is true.
