I used to only drink diet coke so i'm finding it quite hard to get the water down. i have good and bad days. I should really force myself to drink more...
When I first started LT I found I just about managed to have my 2 litres of water a day but now I find I can knock back double that. I'm often thirsty for water even though I too was a big diet coke fan - washed down the chocolate real nice!!!!! Lol!

Sparkling water is just water with fizz added - nothing else......no extra calories or anything

i hardly ever drunk water before, apart from tea or coffee and now i'm drinking as much i physically can, i've had weight losses i've never seen before no matter what diet i followed so it really is true.
