    Refeed Weigh In

    I lost 3lbs on my refeed week! Im really happy about it considering I only lose around that on TFR!!

    I will be posting my refeed diary up in the refeed thread in a few mins if anyone wants to check it out!

    Wow, that's brilliant! It's also reassuring to see that when you do start eating again, the weight doesn't automatically pile on. Keep up the good work hun. x
