    hiya! i'm back again

    hiya!!!

    well i've tried this diet 3 times now on my 3rd attempt i ended up with a really bad chest infection which took 3 weeks to clear up so i still have a weeks supply in the kitchen cupboard so i'm gonna join u all again tomorrow and start making that difference to my life.

    LT 28lbs lost.
    CD 13lbs lost. Did 810 on CD so introduced food.
    Atkins 6lbs lost.
    Total loss - 47lbs
    UNDER WEIGHT TARGET

    Gained back 28lbs. Cannot believe it!!
    Am now doing south beach to lose the weight.

    New losses 25lbs Nearly there


    This is my horrific before picture plus and my after pictures....with a bit of flesh showing.

    week 1 = 4lb
    week 2 = 3lb
    week 3 + 1lb lmao,is a first lol ( not cheated either, or no sign of TOTM, more fibre for me i thinks lol
    week 4 = 6lbs

    thanx guys i got up this morning and totally forgot and ate my breakfast oops! so tomorrow it is without fail i need to lose 4 stones now i've gained 8lb in the last 4 weeks.
