    New Aviator

    Well I've changed my aviator. I went out last night to my friends engagement 'meal' and had a great time. Hubby took this picture and in times gone by there is no way I'd have been sat at the front...I'd have run to the back and hid my fat arms/tummy etc.

    NOT ANYMORE!!! I feel so much more confident about myself. I'm loving it.
    LT 28lbs lost.
    CD 13lbs lost. Did 810 on CD so introduced food.
    Atkins 6lbs lost.
    Total loss - 47lbs
    UNDER WEIGHT TARGET

    Gained back 28lbs. Cannot believe it!!
    Am now doing south beach to lose the weight.

    New losses 25lbs Nearly there


    This is my horrific before picture plus and my after pictures....with a bit of flesh showing.

    Constant reoffender over the past 4yrs. I have lost and put back on the same 4 stone several times over the years.

    Back as of 21st May 2012.

    This time around I will only be weighing in to start and am going to try not to weigh again for 2 months or maybe longer...........why?...............

    If I have a good week I feel I "deserve a food reward" and if I have a bad week I feel "I should comfort eat"! So going to try and step away from the scales for a change and see can I just keep going till I feel happy with me.

    Hoping to keep myself occupied and motivated on here.

    LOL. I know. We went to a tapas bar and I'd started CD again this week so I thought what should I do. Tapas was a great idea because no one looks at what you put on your plate...they were all to busy loading their plates up to notice that I'd only put a spoon of chicken in a tomato sauce on my plate...rolled it round for a while and only ate a mouthful of chicken all night!!
