    Hi All,
    Week 11 WI today - another 4lbs off - that 3 stone 4 lbs in total. Yippee doo dah.

    FINALLY back on track... and taking it one day at a time.

    WELL DONE YOU!!!!!!!
    LT 28lbs lost.
    CD 13lbs lost. Did 810 on CD so introduced food.
    Atkins 6lbs lost.
    Total loss - 47lbs
    UNDER WEIGHT TARGET

    Gained back 28lbs. Cannot believe it!!
    Am now doing south beach to lose the weight.

    New losses 25lbs Nearly there


    This is my horrific before picture plus and my after pictures....with a bit of flesh showing.
