    flapjack reciepes?

    Ive read lots of lovely ways to make the shakes taste better, any1 any ideas for the flap jacks, i've got 10 of them this week

    i soak mine in sweetner flavoured hot water, makes kind of a porridge........ it takes okay

    the only way i can think of to make the flapjacks better is to throw them in the bin lol!!

    i think they are an aquired taste Julz toasts them apparently thats nice x

    finishing weight on lt 10st 13
    now maintaining at 10.9!

    did hear somewhere that you can toast them and they're lovely
    did you also know you can only have 1 flapjack a day so watch out there missy

    yes sorry but only letting you know as having more than 1 will defo slow your weight loss. can you maybe take some back as they will be happy to exchange

    all the nutrients and vitamins are in them, drink more water when you have a flapjack but as to why only 1 a day i'm not sure but did'nt want you to risk slowing down your weight losses.
    i tend to just get 2 flapjacks a week to eat on the run while out shopping. good luck for this week

    Definately only 1 a day...its written on the back of the bag too...They are higher in cals/carbs, CAN SLOW YOUR WEIGHT LOSS and you need to drink more water too...take sme back hun...stopid chemists AGAIN!!!!!
