    OHHHH SOOOO CLOSE!

    9th weigh in today, lost 5lb!! yeahhh, was hoping for 6 as that would mean dead on 3stone but hey im not complaining, this time next week i could be in the 12's how surreal is this diet!! goodluck everyone with your weighins xx





    Feb 2008-May 2008
    Starting Weight: 16st 2lb
    Lost 3st 4lb - 12st 12lb

    Put most of it back on so restarted
    26th Jan 2011
    Starting Weight 16 stone

    My goals this time are:

    26.1.11 - 9.3.11 6 weeks.
    Lose 2 stone (get to 14 stone)
    9.3.11 - 16.3.11 Refeed
    16.3.11 - 30.3.11 Holiday
    30.3.11 - 15.6.11 (11 weeks!) lose 3 stone
    Get to 10.5 to 11.5 stone

    WEEK 1 - 10lb loss

    You're doing so well!

    I am really excited about weigh in this week, I don't why?!
    Started 7th April...............at 19 stone 3lbs!

    Restart 29/09/08 at 15 stone 2lb!!! (messed around though cause of stressy thangs! Back on track 13/10/08

    Unofficial Weigh In 20/10/08 lost 10 pounds...now 14stone 6lbs!!

    Been LT'ing but not had time to post....then had a little break from LT for a week to 'socialise'...started again on 19th November at 13st 2lb!!!! I am using left over LT so no official weigh in till Friday 28th Nov! Aiming for 12 stone for Christmas!!


    Growing a baby!!! See you in September!

    Gym/diet From Sept start weight - 301lbs/21.7st. Lost 121lbs on Lipo/Gym.


    Been naughty and now 16st 3lbs.

    Now trying Cambridge

    Week 1 - 14lbs = 15st 3lb.
    Week 2 - 1lb = 15st 2lb.
    Week 3 - 5lbs = 14st 11lb.
