yup the title says it all

im out in portugal with my nanny work and its impossible to do lipotrim out here as they eat out almost every night- so the excuse 'i have a tummy bug' or 'i just ate' cant really be used
because im 9 stone and a size 12 i think my boss would frown on me doing LT so I havent told her
but im gutted as i am here for 7 weeks and wanted to go home slimmer and to see my ex boyfriend

Hello sweetie,

Don't beat yourself up over it. Just remember what others have said and
-stick to protein as best you can
-avoid carbs, fat and fruit
-push food around your plate
-eat very slowly

With any luck you may not even come out of ketosis and it is only the one meal, at least you don't have to have all 3 meals with them.
