    Diet: Cambridge diet after a short stint on Lipotrim(VLCD)

    WI No 3

    Got weighed this afternoon and i wasnt expecting much of a loss and havent been very good regarding my water.


    6.1 lbs

    Pedaling during big brother must be paying off .

    Im happy, bring on No 4 WI im ready for you!

    week 1 = 4lb
    week 2 = 3lb
    week 3 + 1lb lmao,is a first lol ( not cheated either, or no sign of TOTM, more fibre for me i thinks lol
    week 4 = 6lbs

    Starting to wonder why Lipotrim isnt more widely known, its working wonders for everyday people like myself.
