i've been drinking just over 2 litres of water a day...is that about right??
and i've lost 4lbs in total since monday...which in itself is amazing...its just on day 3 i didn't lose a thing. do you think its best not to weigh ourselves until our official weigh ins?? have you weighed yourself since you started?
are you having palpitations or anything?? my heart seems to be beating quite hard today!! i can see my necklace pulsating as we speak!! is that normal??!!
when i tell my friends in work about this diet they shout at me and tell me i'm being stupid (easy for them to say....skinny minnies!!)-so it really helps to speak to like-minded people!!
