Well I have managed to last a month! and this week I have mostly been getting rid of 5lbs so nearly 2 stone yayyyyyy

Wks 9 & 10 - 11lbs (16st 8lbs) OMFG!!

week 1: 11st 13.5 lbs (no longer obese! just plain very fat )
week 2: 11 st 10.5lbs
week 3: 11 st 7lbs (first stone gone!!
week 4 11st 4 lbs (lost 10% of body weight now)
week 5: 11 st 1lbs (now lost 20lbs!!)
week 6: 10st 13.7lbs
week 7&8: 10st 9lbs (with wrist in splint that weighs at least 3lbs )
week 9&10.....

mini goals:
get out of obese range week 1
get into old jeans week 3
get below 11 stone... week 6
get into blue suit...
get below 10 stone...
get into pink dress (sz 12)...
get below 9 stone...
get into fav skirt and t-shirt...
initial target 8 stone 8 lbs... (120lbs)

Its being in here thats keeping me going, dont have time to post much but read it on my phone while im in work if I think of straying
got such a chuffing long way to go but have just worked out am nearly 1/5th of the way there already so thats inspiring in itself and I now weigh less than I have in about ten years so thatll do !

Week 1: 8.5 lost (12s 7.5lb)
Week 2: 6.5 lost (12s 1lb) First Goal Achieved: 1 stone DOWN!!
Week 3: 2.1 lost (11s 13lbs) totm oh well, let us see what next week brings!
Week 4: 3.5 lost (11s 9.5lb) Only 1.5lb to 1s 7lb lost!!
Week 5: 4.6 lost (11s 4.3lb) That's nearly 2 stone lost!!
Week 6: 2.2 lost (11s 2.?lb) Only have .3lb left to get rid of 2 stone!? How annoying
Weeks 6 &7: 6.6 lost (10s 10lb) Nearly 2 and a half stone!!
