    Peanut Flapjacks

    There are some sadistic people working for Lipotrim. Any ideas on what to do with these other than flush them down the toilet.

    Wk7 -2lb
    Wk8 -7.5lb
    Wk9 -1.5lb (RF)
    Wk10/11 -3.5lb
    Wk12 -1lb
    Wk13/14 -6lb
    Wk15 +0.5lb (back off holiday)
    Wk16 -3lb
    Wk17 -3lb (3st 13 1/2 lb)
    Restarted after 2 months break
    Wk1 +1/2lb (12st 5lb)
    Wk2 -3lb
    Fell of the Lipo-train

    Starting Weight on 07/08/09

    eat them and enjoy...they are lush!!!
    Try toasting them
    or toast them then add to a vanilla shake for a porridge like breeky (1/2 shake, 1/2 packet) mmmmmmmmmmm i love lipo fj's xx

    I hate the soup so the flapjacks are the closest to something savory I get! Otherwise I fear for my sweet tooth with all the shakes!!

    They aren't that bad, and handy for eating on the run when you can't be bothered to mix up a shake.
