Diet: LT
Well done kay, i got weighed today and now only have til friday on tfr as then i have to re-feed for my holiday. my goal is to lose 3.5lbs before then so that i am at the half way point. Then when i get back, i am straight back on tfr!! very scared about re-feed, i really dont wanna mess up all my hard work! Congratulations Kay ur a real inspiration xxxxx

Start weight 16st 30/06/08. Weigh in every saturday.
week 1:9lb lost 15st 5, 3st 5lb to lose
week 2:5.5lb lost 14st 13.5, 2st 13.5lb to lose
week 3:5lb lost 14st 8.5, 2st 8.5lb to lose
week 4:5lb lost 14st 3.5, 2st 3.5lb to lose
week 5:0lb lost: 14st 3.5, 2st 3.5lb to lose
week 6:On holidayso refeeding
week 7:On holiday, still refeeding
week 8:10.5lb lost: 13st 7, 1st 7lb to lose
week 9:4lb lost 13st 3, 1st 3lb to lose
week 10:no weigh in as out for the day
week 11:7lb lost 12st 10, 10lbs to lose

Thats funny my goal is to lose 3.5lb before I go on my hols too. I am doing 1 week of re-feed and 1 of maintenence before I go. I'm going be really careful and not over eat while I'm away.Good luck to you Tasha on your re-feed,you are doing so well
