I had my week 13 weigh in this morning and lost another 3lb I am very happy with that. 1 week left on TFR before I re-feed for my holiday (scary).

Starting Weight: Too Freaking Heavy!! Ok, I'll be honest 13s 2lb
Week 1: 8.5 lost (12s 7.5lb)
Week 2: 6.5 lost (12s 1lb) First Goal Achieved: 1 stone DOWN!!
Week 3: 2.1 lost (11s 13lbs) totm oh well, let us see what next week brings!
Week 4: 3.5 lost (11s 9.5lb) Only 1.5lb to 1s 7lb lost!!
Week 5: 4.6 lost (11s 4.3lb) That's nearly 2 stone lost!!
Week 6: 2.2 lost (11s 2.?lb) Only have .3lb left to get rid of 2 stone!? How annoying
Weeks 6 &7: 6.6 lost (10s 10lb) Nearly 2 and a half stone!!

It is a bit nerve wracking,but I will be straight back on LT when I get home as I still have a couple of stone to lose.My ticker is set at the top end of the healthy bmi so I may lower my target when I start to get closer to it.
