    but im done moping about it
    started sf - 15-10
    week one 4lb loss 15-6 total loss 4lb
    week two 4lb loss 15-2 total loss 8lb
    started lt - 15-2
    week one 5lb loss 14-11 total loss 13lb (under 15st sticking point)
    week two 4lb loss 14-7 total loss 17lb (way under sticking point )
    week three 1lb loss 14-6 total loss 18lb
    week four 2lb loss 14-4 total loss 20lb
    week five 4lb loss 14-0 total loss 24lb

    nailed 21lb mini goal but still hopeful for second mini goal of being in the 13s before wednesday

    Lipotrim 07/07/08 - 30-08-08: -30lbs
    Lipotrim 03/01/09 - 24/01/09: -23lbs

    Cambridge 23/09/10 -
    Week 1: -9lbs
    Week 2: -5lbs
    Week 3: - 1.5lbs not bad for my meal on Saturday
    Week 4: -5lbs
    Week 5: -3lbs
    Week 6: - 4.6lbs
    Week 7: -4.5lbs
    Week 8: -3.8lbs
    Week 9: no WI as CDC on hols
    Week 10: Ill - 8 days of eating, and eating and eating to get me better again
    Week 11: -7lbs
    Week 12: -3lbs

    Week 13: Christmas and 12 days off plan.
    Home scales show a 10lb weight gain and restarted on December 29th, then fell off the wagon and proper restart January 4th showing a 7lb weight gain from week 12 WI.

    Week 1: -1.2lbs from Week 12 weight
    Week 2: -3.6lbs
    Week 3: +4.4lbs
    Week 4: -8.4lbs
    Week 5: -5lbs
    Week 6: +3.2lbs
    Week 7: -7lbs
