Alrighty then, well done you two on your losses.
Myself and Miss Brite have just returned from our WI. I lost 2.1lbs- hooray- grrr bloody hate being a woman during this time of month.
However, keeping the side up was Miss Brite who has lost 4.6lbs this week!

I'm sorry to the Monday Club as, despite sticking to LT and surviving a barbeque I only managed a feeble 1.65lb this week!
I was very blue at first but I'm over it and working towards next weeks loss!

Thank you all, I'm not blue anymore just determined to kick this body into touch. It can fight me all it likes but the bally fat is being given the old heave-o!
