    Alrighty then, well done you two on your losses.

    Myself and Miss Brite have just returned from our WI. I lost 2.1lbs- hooray - grrr bloody hate being a woman during this time of month.

    However, keeping the side up was Miss Brite who has lost 4.6lbs this week!

    15 Weeks later....... 9s 3lbs! and started re-feed. Dress size 8/10
    Re-feed Wk1: lost 11ozs (nearly a whole pound!)

    I'm sorry to the Monday Club as, despite sticking to LT and surviving a barbeque I only managed a feeble 1.65lb this week!

    I was very blue at first but I'm over it and working towards next weeks loss!

    13th Sept - spa weekend with the girls (6 weeks ish - 20lbs sub total)

    19th Sept - 3 day trip to rome
    (7 weeks ish - 24lbs sub total)

    22nd Sept - week in Athens
    ( stay on LT during visit)

    6th Oct - week in New York
    (9 weeks ish - 30lbs sub total)
