Thread: Why do my legs hurt?

    Current BMI: 27.9
    Goal BMI: 24.1


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st10lb
    % Lost 26.14%

    Why do my legs hurt?

    At night I get a pain from my thigh down to about my knee. It wakes me up it's so painful. I get it in alternate legs and lying on my back is ok. I also wake up with a really dry mouth.

    Could there not be enough salt in my diet? Or is it even the diet - I had my gall bladder out 5 weeks ago.

    It's annoying me now, but no pain in the day.

    Week 9: no WI as CDC on hols
    Week 10: Ill - 8 days of eating, and eating and eating to get me better again
    Week 11: -7lbs
    Week 12: -3lbs

    Week 13: Christmas and 12 days off plan.
    Home scales show a 10lb weight gain and restarted on December 29th, then fell off the wagon and proper restart January 4th showing a 7lb weight gain from week 12 WI.

    Week 1: -1.2lbs from Week 12 weight
    Week 2: -3.6lbs
    Week 3: +4.4lbs
    Week 4: -8.4lbs
    Week 5: -5lbs
    Week 6: +3.2lbs
    Week 7: -7lbs

    it could be that your muscles are cramping - which is a sign of dehydration. Drink more before you go to bed!! xx

    just read your other post about your 1lb weight loss. sounds to me like water is the issue. how much are you drinking a day? drinking more water could solve the issue of losing more weight, and stopping your nighttime cramps! xx

    Good luck drinking more (and more middle of the night visits to the loo!!!) I usually drink between 3.5 and 4.5L a day.
