8.00am; 1st shake; Vanilla shake mixed with spoon of coffee and crushed ice!

1.pm; peanut flapjack nibbled over an hour with a black coffee.

7pm; choc shake with water made from cold peppermint tea that I put in fridge in morning and crushed ice!!- without the teabag of course (mint choc...yum....!)

No routine as I work shifts which is really messing me up! Generally leave it as long as poss after I get up, have a cup of tea or coffee and some water then shake when I'm starving! That leaves me less hungry when it comes to bedtime and I'm tempted to pick at something, especially when I have a shake, or even half of one left.
I need to get into my skinny jeans, I can't afford new ones!
Started lipotrim 1/8/08. Starting weight 64kg, would like to get to 50kg

LOL re the 'carpet burgers' my dogs won't touch them either, they turn their noses up at all the shakes. One dog had a lick of the choc flavour and ran away with his tail under his bum like it was going to explode! Says a lot I s'pose!

My routine depends on whether I'm working (which I'm not at the mo coz it is the school hols).

    If I'm working then
vanilla latte about 8:30 on the way to work
peanut flapjack about 1pm. lunch break
strawberry or choc shake about 7pm depending on childrens activities

    At the mo
vanilla latte anytime between 11 and 1
    flapjack between 4 and 5
strawberry or choc between 8 and 11pm coz I usually forget and have to force it down last thing!

that coconut flapjack is disgusting! i broke a piece off and put it in my mouth and spat it out, i thought id better give it a chance and put another bit in my mouth and chewed it. I tried to swollow it but it was not going down so i spat it out and even the little bits were for not going down lol i had to wash my mouth out. The smell was bad too, i threw it in the bin!!

    BMI Information:
Mine is first shake 12.30 ish (vanilla or chocolate) and the second at 5.30pm (chicken or strawberry). And thats it, 2 exciting "male" shakes a day.

Re-starting with the aim to get down to 13st 3lb. Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain for my build, believe 13st 3 is doable. Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again) hoping LT works again!!

    Restart weight 17st 1.0lb (108.41Kg)

    Week 1: -6lbs = 16st 9 (105.69Kg) - not yet 100% TFR

Half vanilla and lots of freshly ground coffee, hot, at 7am and then another just before I leave for work - depending what shift I'm on.

If I'm on soup[normally a late shift] - Chicken Soup, half pack [like a cup-a-soup] about 1/2pm and then another at 6/7pm

Tried the flapjack yesterday and I like'd [as one of my colleagues said] having something hard in my mouth...but it was ok to nibble at, with a nice coffee.

Then a chocolate and ice [maybe more coffee if I need the kick] about 9.30pm.
2010-2011 lost over 50lb on lipotrim TFR
