    Start Date: started sw on10/4/2010
    Start Weight: 11st12lb
    Goal Weight: 10st12lb
    Goal Date: when i get there
    first shake at 12pm
    second shake at 4pm
    third shake at 7pm
    the only shake i drink at the minute is the strewberry one with crushed up ice cubes only way i like it at the minute!




    start weight; 11st 12 & 1/2 lb






    1st mini goal is get through the 1st week without caving big time.

    2nd goal. get my half stone award

    3rd goal. get my stone award

    that mint choc milkshake sounds lovely may try that 2morrow, been having my choc as a mouse, its nice to swallow something alittle like food
