    2nd Week WeighIn

    Went to boots to do my second weigh in.
    8 lbs. feel great.

    34 lbs in 2 weeks. this is some special kind of diet. at work Ive just leaped into the lead on the slimathon. this is great and it also won me five pounds. so looking forward to that weighIn which is every 2 weeks .

    Starting weight 33 Stone
    Finish Weight 18 Stone

    Lost 15 Stones + 12lbs that Gained over Xmas

    Total lost Overall = 226lbs

    week 2 = 3lb
    week 3 + 1lb lmao,is a first lol ( not cheated either, or no sign of TOTM, more fibre for me i thinks lol
    week 4 = 6lbs

    Thank you all. cant quite fathom this diet. the diet it self is not that hard. just not looking forward to when comming off it in the future, before my hols at the begging of the year.
