Smile feeling much better after a bad day yesterday

just wanted to thank everyone who helped me out yesterday it was worst day ever (day 3)
i sat and cried i contimplated quitting i convinced myself i could go do slimming world instead i was so down yesterday it was so bad my mind was a wash of excuses to come off this diet the stuff i was saying was mad and my hubby listened and helped me out he is a diamond
but this morn i feel better much better
so much so ive took the daring task and added a new goal lose 2 stones for my party
my decision is to refeed before my works party so i can have a nice evening then see how is goes from there you never know by the time it comes round i may just want to stay on lipotrim but i have decided not to feel bad if i do the refeed before to have a good time
    and i wont feel guilty
because im on this 24/7 until then no cheating!!!!!

Aww, it's great that you've reached a decision that's right for you, well done.
You won't regret staying on LT until your party, the losses each week are so worth it. Good luck Hun, I'll look forward to seeing your weekly losses! xx

Re-starting with the aim to get down to 13st 3lb. Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain for my build, believe 13st 3 is doable. Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again) hoping LT works again!!

    Restart weight 17st 1.0lb (108.41Kg)

    Week 1: -6lbs = 16st 9 (105.69Kg) - not yet 100% TFR

    Week 2:

getting the 1st week over with is definately the hardest, if you have another wobble like this run yourself a bubble bath, have a pampering session and an ealy night. you will wake up refreshed and ready to face another day. good luck for your WI

That was my day yesterday too! I am now day 5. But today I feel better too ......bored mind you! But emotionally stable! Well done for sticking it hun
Constant reoffender over the past 4yrs. I have lost and put back on the same 4 stone several times over the years.

Back as of 21st May 2012.

This time around I will only be weighing in to start and am going to try not to weigh again for 2 months or maybe longer...........why?...............

If I have a good week I feel I "deserve a food reward" and if I have a bad week I feel "I should comfort eat"! So going to try and step away from the scales for a change and see can I just keep going till I feel happy with me.

Hoping to keep myself occupied and motivated on here.

i'm back again, having started in may then refeeding due to hols, courses etc. Re-started 5 weeks ago and have lost 16lb, 2lb, 9lbs, 4lbs and 3lbs to date so am really proud. Have gone down 3 sizes in my new uniform for work and 2 dress sizes. Couldn't really tell until I saw myself in my new uniforms. Feeling wonderful today.
    Good luck everyone!!
