    I lost on re-feed week.........................

    I am sooo chuffed - I lost a 1.5 1bs on my re-feed week. Enjoyed all my food and not hungry at all. I can't believe how nice everything tastes. I am going to do the maintenance when I come back off holiday and aim to lose my last 13.5 1bs by Christmas. Good luck to all Monday weighers...........

    Well done to you !! I have a long way to go, on my first weigh in today, but know for sure I have lost can feel it, and also feeling better today the hunger has subsided! I would be interested to read what you were eating for the week?

    That is so good to hear! I think we all worry that once we start eating 'real food' again that the weight will just pile on again. Reassuring to hear that this is not the case. Well done hun. xx

    Well done, it's encouraging to know weight loss is still poss on refeed!

    Re-starting with the aim to get down to 13st 3lb. Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain for my build, believe 13st 3 is doable. Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again) hoping LT works again!!


    Restart weight 17st 1.0lb (108.41Kg)

    Week 1: -6lbs = 16st 9 (105.69Kg) - not yet 100% TFR
