    Hey guys, sorry its been a while, just been absolutely manic at work and at home and my feet have hardly touched ground!

    So went for my weigh in and now only have 10lb left until i reach my target! i am so mega chuffed, this without a doubt, excluding my son, has been the best decision i have ever ever ever made!!

    I had a good chat with my pharmacist about money troubles...lipo is killing my bank balance (but worth every penny) and also how i was starting to get fed up with not eating with my family. I have never cheated and don't want to, so felt i needed to get it off my chest. i don't want to ruin what i have already achieved by giving into temptation.

    We agreed that the best decision for me would be to refeed until i reach my target and i am more than happy with that! After all in the two weeks that i did a refeed on holiday, i was sensible, ate happily and still lost 10.5lbs. Afterwards i will join weight watchers to maintain the loss. I was really impressed, she didn't even try to sell me maintenance!

    So there we have it, Saturday was day one of refeed and i am so happy. This has been an amazing journey and i am so thankful to all of you for your support and in turn i am very proud of each of your achievements. I am going to continue popping on to spur you all on and see how you are all getting on but due to working commitments it won't be every day.

    Re-starting with the aim to get down to 13st 3lb. Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain for my build, believe 13st 3 is doable. Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again) hoping LT works again!!


    Restart weight 17st 1.0lb (108.41Kg)

    Week 1: -6lbs = 16st 9 (105.69Kg) - not yet 100% TFR
