    I need lots of motivation!!!!!!!

    Hi to you all,

    just a quick note to say...... I was on lipotrim in may i stuck to it religiously for 3 weeks ( i know not long) and i have been trying to get back on the wagon for about 6 weeks now and i keep falling at the first hurdle. please give me all your wonderful tips and advice that you all are brilliant at doing.....starting again tomorrow 16/09/08

    hi hun,ive nva been on lioptrim be4,just started today,and dont feel to bad , lots off people on here to keep you on the straight and narrow very nice people.if you really are determined to do this ,dont think about it hun do it... thats what i did i think its the best policy coz what i did i talked myself out of it then i decided enuff is enuff and did it ...but when you are ready there is plenty off us to support you ..... ~:

    For inspiration just keep looking at everyone;s weight loss tickers.....I find seeing people with more than me to lose and that they have suceeded ..... well nothing lifts me more! If they can do that.....then I can do it too!

    Constant reoffender over the past 4yrs. I have lost and put back on the same 4 stone several times over the years.

    Back as of 21st May 2012.

    This time around I will only be weighing in to start and am going to try not to weigh again for 2 months or maybe longer...........why?...............

    If I have a good week I feel I "deserve a food reward" and if I have a bad week I feel "I should comfort eat"! So going to try and step away from the scales for a change and see can I just keep going till I feel happy with me.

    Hoping to keep myself occupied and motivated on here.

    good luck ,, lots of ups and downs but hey just come here and it will be fine


    WEEK 1 .. 12 3/4 POUNDS
    WEEK 2.. 5 POUNDS early wi
    WEEK 3.. 2 1/4 POUNDS
    WEEK 4.. hoping for 4 pounds lost 5 1/2 pounds whoo hoo
    WEEK 5 .. get under 15 stone .. at least 2 pounds pleese 1 lb
    was off for 4 weeks ,, back again
    new week 1 .. 1 2/3 pound
    week 7 6 1/3 pounds
