    Sorry it wasn't more hun even tho you know it is good cos its a loss its still a bummer, your bmi is sooo near to being healthy now which is brill. Keep glugging the water and I'm sure it will be better next week x

    my weight loss has been 1.5-2.5lb per week for over a month now, i was initially disappointed but i got used to the fact and at least it is still coming off. i think i might start exercising soon! bring it back up again!

    I feel like a greedy sod for wanting more but I just wanted to make my target for Gibraltar and I'm not going to do it now. Got just under two weeks to lose 6lb and I honestly don't think it's gonna happen.

    Still, at least I didn't gain or STS

    ur like me disapointed but hey its a loss and every pound is great , if not on this id have put on a pound


    WEEK 1 .. 12 3/4 POUNDS
    WEEK 2.. 5 POUNDS early wi
    WEEK 3.. 2 1/4 POUNDS
    WEEK 4.. hoping for 4 pounds lost 5 1/2 pounds whoo hoo
    WEEK 5 .. get under 15 stone .. at least 2 pounds pleese 1 lb
    was off for 4 weeks ,, back again
    new week 1 .. 1 2/3 pound
    week 7 6 1/3 pounds
