Thread: My first week lost- not overly happy

    My first week lost- not overly happy

    I weighed in today on my first weigh in and lost 7lbs. I know this is a lot but I was quite dissapointed as I haven't cheated once and thought I should have lost more for the first week. For what I gave up I think I would have lost that much first week in any diet so feel a bit dishartened . I know the pharmacist says it maybe cause of m.t.o.m but I know I need to get more positive to see me through my next week-


    started 6th January 18st 9lbs

    GOAL 1 - GET through week 1 100% Done
    - Lose 1 1/ st by end Jan
    - bring medical age down from 45 to actual age 30 !

    week 2 _ -5lbs
    week 3 _ -5lbs

    oooopps - lost my way - restart on 18 April 17st 4lbs stayed the same
    New goals
    Goal 1 - do tfr 100% 1st week
    Get into 16's by end April
    Get into 15's by holiday June 17th

    I only lost 6 my first week but it all adds up its better than pounds up and it is still a half a stone in 1 week so chin up girly

    Casperous, 7lbs is nothing to be disappointed about, 7lbs is half a stone and 2lbs off a clothes size. Think of it that way.

    Keep motivated, your doing really well.

    7lbs, thats a really good loss. Dont be upset, its half a stone lighter than you were last week... it really is a good loss..try to keep positive.

    That's a really good loss hun! Imagine how you would feel if you put on half a stone in a week, you would be horrified that you could gain so much in a week wouldnt you? Well you've just lost that huge amount - well done you!!!

    BMI Information:
    Half a stone in one week, come on thats a great result, what other diet would you achieve that on!! TOTM will have had an affect as well, so 7lb is something to be really pleased with. Keep drinking the water, make sure you have at least 4 litres a day and the weight will carry on flying off!!

    Re-starting with the aim to get down to 13st 3lb. Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain for my build, believe 13st 3 is doable. Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again) hoping LT works again!!


    Restart weight 17st 1.0lb (108.41Kg)

    Week 1: -6lbs = 16st 9 (105.69Kg) - not yet 100% TFR

    just think of a 7LB baby you have lost that weight its a lot imagine carrying that 7LB baby round with you all the time well you have just put that baby down never to pick it back up again..ha ha....jenni
