Raspberry and vanilla shakes -I shall name thee 'Raspberry ripple shake'! -then that could be frozen INTO AN 'ICE-CREAM' a la fuzzys_angel suggestions. Or made into a mousse! (google 'minimins' and its 2nd in the list) Raspberry/choc? I'm not so sure about perhaps not -but oh! The variety, the choice -the healthy sh*t we can have! JOYYY!!!! Also -the reason raspberry tea is said to induce labour is because is pulls on the stomach muscles! Flavour AND SKINNY TONEDNESS!!!! OH HAPPY DAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

XMAS CHALLENGE - GET TO 11st (20th December) (was 10.5st by end of November but fell off wagon -moving on!!!) -0.25lb -5lbs -1lb - - - - - - - - - - WELL???? TOTAL TRACKER ![]() (These are the Official WI results. The Chemist had me at 14st 11lbs but I actually started at slightly over 15st I went back officially after doing two weeks LT ) WK1 + 2 = 12lbs ![]() WI 3 -7.5lbs ![]() WI 4 - 0.25lb ![]() WI 5 -5lbs ![]() WI 6 - 1lb ![]() NEW GOALS:
