My Mood:  Blog Entries: 25 Rep Power: 9  | Sooo hungry! Am on week 4 but not sure what is going on today....have a headache similar to when I started off with ketosis and am starving ...have drank lots of water but can't seem to settle the hunger...I have a feeling I will have a good weight loss this week as clothes feeling even looser but am surprised at this feeling 4 weeks in. |

My Mood: Blog Entries: 25 Rep Power: 9 | just been up and sorted out my wardrobe again am having a hot drink now as I type and my bath next anything to distract me...am even going to paint my toe nails...my belly getting in the way will kill any hunger lol |
