Yeeehaaa - 4lbs lost this week. That's my first stone gone and I'm over the moon!

OH lost 4lbs too which he's not very happy about but he's still lost a total of 25lbs in 4 weeks which ain't half bad!

Thanks folks - I can't believe how much this diet has become normal for us. My OH and I have stuck to it faithfully and can't imagine eating normal food

(refeed time will be a bit of a worry!).

I'm sure you'll be fine on the refeed as you take it slowly. I didn't know what re-feeding entailed but I came across this website that i found very helpful Fast Weight Loss with The Lipotrim Programme - the first seven days

Yes - I decided I wanted to do it and he came on board as he needs to lose weight too. It's made it so much easier although he'll probably be at his goal before me (we'll cross that bridge when we come to it!).
