    took a break for 8 months no weight increase

    i used them for awhile but they are kinda dear and all the really do is shake you like mad lol
    i dont know maybe you only have to have a lil bit a weight on for them to work idk ?!!
    celebs use them so i heard ...
    worth a go id say as i didnt do them for long enough to see and effect
