Try using a bit of vanilla shake mixed with water to put in your tea, not ideal, but not too bad x

I don't take sugar in tea or coffee normally, but I put a tablet sweetener in my black tea, peppermint tea and black coffee, and it tastes fine now. You could try that.

you know, i never used to like black coffee and tea -after a while you truly do adapt and now I cant take either with milk. I've been off LT for a while now and even then I still took them black because my tastes have changed. i dont even really like my onc3e beloved lattes and mochas anymore. Try a sweetener that can definitely help.

Keep going, you'll soon find it becoming so much easier.
