    Week 15 on LT

    Hi Everyone,

    I have been on holidays last week so that's why I could not post anything before. Still doing well, lost 5lb, I can't believe that my weight losses remain the same, cross fingers.

    Being on holidays with my friends was really my proof of fire, I did not cheat at all, I have to say the temptation to break the TFR was big but I am determing to keep on the TFR program until the 14th of December then I will do the refeeding for a week and finally I want to be in the maintenance program until the second week of January.

    During my holidays, 3 days, I had only flapjacks twice a day and drank a lot of water, I have to say it wasn't that bad. I walked a lot so I will see how much I have lost this week, I will let you know tomorrow morning...
