Problem (Women only, men will get freaked out)

Has anyone else had some wierd flow on their period?

I mean usually I'm a heavy bleeder, but on Lipotrim, my period came but it was strangly light. Then it stopped after the second day. Then it came back again but it was light and was brown.

What's going on?

Hi I am not following your diet but would imagine if you have cut food down drastically it would affect your menstral flow...I am sure someone will come along with the answers soon but try not to worry..xx

Yes, don't worry. VLCDs can have this effect. Think about it as Nature's way - you are not (in the survival sense) eating enough to be able to feed a growing baby were you to become pregnant. Your monthly period might even stop altogether but don't worry, it'll all go back to normal when you're back to food again.

OMG no period? for that long?

Are you sure that's ok? it doesn't cause infertility does it?
