I'm finding it really difficult as I am cooking everyday for the entire family. It is so hard to cook with out tasting to check for seasoning etc. Also have been baking and the smells are agony to me!! I am amazed that I am not at all hungry on this but the cravings I have are overwhelming. I find myself thinking and dreaming of food all day and night! I seem more obsessed with food than ever! I really hope the cravings go else I'm not sure I can stck this. Advise on staying strong would be great please!! Thanks |

Rep Power: 8 ![]() ![]() | Hi All - I started Lipotrim on Tuesday this week - finding it easy enough at the moment. I am waiting for surgery on my back so am unable to do any exercise, and as healthy eating etc has not been doing anything I decided to try Lipotrim. I am looking forward to Tuesday when I can see how I am getting on!!! Good luck all x |

Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Lipotrim Height: 5' 7" Start Date: 16.01.09 | Hello everyone Just started LT today after piling on the pounds from pregnancy and not yet shifting them (2 years on!!! ). I have dropped some weight only to put it back on.It's very encouraging to read about others acheivements on here so thankyou to you all for posting about them. Today has gone okay for me. I haven't felt hungry yet so fingers crossed the next few days will be the same. I purposefully started today as I have been told the first few days are the worst and I have monday off work so that gives me 4 days to "acclimatise" to my new food regime. Alex

I started on the 5th January and as of this morning had lost 15 lbs! I feel absolutely brilliant and this website is a god-send.....just got to go and put away the shopping (food shopping that is) and tonight I've promised my partner that I'll actually cook his supper. Wish me luck, I've been makeing him do his own food for the past couple of weeks but hopefully now I have plenty of will power in reserve!

I must admit i'm struggling now, it must be because i'm so close to target. I feel like I want to stop now but I cant because I know I will put it all back on. To make it worse everyone is telling me to stop now and that doesn't help. People don't understand this diet like we do here. good luck everyone else. |

Rep Power: 8 ![]() ![]() | Wow binger you have done fantastic, what an achievement! Also good luck sterling - you will do fine. For anyone who is having difficulty making up the soup, I put my boiling water into the shaker, then used a hand held blender (they are something like £10 in Tescos) and there were no lumps whatsoever. I am going to have them for my evening meal as it feels more like a dinner when I'm having something hot!! |
