I always wear 2 thick jumpers now and always have a blanket wrapped round me I look like my Nan
yeah im always cold now but i suppose you'll burn more calories trying to keep warm so it can be a good thing
Blanket sounds a great idea Carebear unfortunately I can't wear one to work or on a night out! Will just have to put on my thermals.

I think winters a bad time to be on this diet lol. It wasn't too bad over the summer it was nice to be cool....I sleep with two duvets on, a tshirt and a hoodie and i still wake up freezing brrrrr can't wait till my body is a normal temp.

Ive been absoultly freezing today!! and it doesnt help that in work we have to go outside for a smoke, I was shivering that much i nearly poked myself in the with my feg lol!!

Haha I do that with my scarf and coat people must think i'm mental. And the wind was bitterly cold whilst smoking today I felt like jacking it in there and then, but I figure I've given up food as my vice i'll wait and give this up when I can eat again lol

Yup cherry thats exaclty my opinion.. although i do still enjoy smoking... So it probably wont be for a while lol!!
