    im sooo cold!

    why does this diet make you feel so cold all the timei swear no matter how many layers i put on or how high the heating is on i cannot get warm (brrr!) i never used to feel the cold at all..

    Think it's because your fat is being burned to supply the energy for your vital bodily functions and keeping you warm is seconday.

    If you've lost alot you won't have so much fat covering your bones either.

    Have you tried those beanie things you heat up in the microwave?

    Except don't heat them too hot or you end up with red marks still there the next day (

    They smell really nice too
